We believe in developing effective management skills within the students for the benefit of the industry.
Our Aim
Our aim is to create, through effective education; training and research, a renewable talent bank in varied disciplines of management science not only to help students to carve out their niche in the industry but also to benefit the industry. The rigorous scheduling of 'on-the-job training' and classroom inputs, comprising of multiple subjects, conducted throughout the year as per the demand of the dynamic business environment, will ensure that BIMS students represent the best management graduates.
Introduction
The Balaji Institute of Management Studies (BIMS), run by Sri Balaji Society, is governed by our President, Prof. (Col.) A. Balasubramanian. BIMS is being started with a focus on the dynamic needs of the industry in the ever-changing business environment and is driven by powerful forces of technological innovation, intense competition & globalization.
BIMS will train its student managers to become the enablers of tomorrow's world. It shall strive to transform individuals into multi-faceted, multi-skilled, multi-lingual, dynamic, well-groomed and well-trained corporate citizens through intense grooming with a variety of our course specializations ranging from Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Human Resource, with focus on IT. The students will be compatible and enabled for all sectors of the industry and also cater to the niche segment of the ever-changing and dynamic industrial environment.
